Our large open lounge space is available for short term rental. Ideal for weekend courses like baby first aid, mothers’ circles, or photoshoots. Would suit 10-12 people in our inviting and warm lounge room (see gallery). Rent includes use of toilets, kitchenette and wifi. No admin support, or marketing is included. Please note this is upstairs with no lift access.

Cleaning fee is optional: we can show you where the vacuum is and you can choose to leave the space spotless (as you found it), or we can organise our ASRC cleaners to come afterwards and you pay for their oh-so-worthy time.
