CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA, a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and an AHPRA Board-approved Clinical Supervisor. I also currently hold a Senior Clinical Psychology and Team Leader position at a metropolitan public hospital.

I bring a warm, empathetic, and practical approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. Over the course of my career, I have provided client-centered care across diverse clinical settings, including newborn services, oncology, palliative care, and physical rehabilitation.

My key areas of interest include mood disorders, adjustment to new diagnoses, acute and chronic pain management, adaptation to illness or lifestyle changes, grief and loss, and end-of-life care.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their individual circumstances and challenges. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I take a holistic, whole-of-person approach to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.
